Returns may take up to 2 weeks to process. You are responsible for return shipping charges unless the product is defective.
Returns are accepted only within 3 days of the date of purchase. Items must be unused and in the same condition received, in original packaging. Returns will not be accepted without a valid reason determined by management. To return your product, contact [email protected] with proof of purchase.
Defective products may only be exchanged within 3 days of purchase. Contact us with your order number, a description of the issue (including photos if available). If the product is determined to be defective due to a manufacturer error, we will repair or exchange it. If repair or replacement is not practical, we will provide a refund.
Inspect your product upon receipt. Any damage from shipping must be reported within 1 day of receipt. Email us at [email protected] with a description and photos of the damage. We will arrange for the damaged product to be replaced.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you for use toward purchases from CarModsBD.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the full refund does not include the shipping cost. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
